Lying on the floor with your back facing floor,keep your hands on the back,lift your leg along with your lower body. Focus and look at your toes.
Uttanasana
Stand by keeping you feet together, bend down and touch the floor with your palm.
Padahastasana
Sit on the floor by bending your legs and touching your knees on the floor, keep your hands near your feet and bend forward and touch the floor.
