Symptoms of stress



1) When you are stressed out you get weird dreams.
2)Having head aches often.
3)Less cheerfullness and enthusiasm.
4)Being moody,easily irritated.
5)Feeling worthless and lonely.
6)Lack of sleep.
7)Poor judgment.
8) Having negative outlook.
9) Alcohol abuse.
10) Nervous behaviors like nail biting.
