Three asanas to remain trim !!!
Chakrasana
Hands and feet to be kept on the floor, abdomen arches up.This asana will help in toning the entire back muscles.
Halasana
Rest on the floor,lift the legs, take the legs to the floor by bending them backwards.It helps in keeping the leg muscles and abdominal muscles toned.
Dhanurasana
Rest on the floor with your stomach touching the floor and try to bend backwards and hold your feet with your hand.This helps to tone the thighs and back muscles.
