Reduce your thigh fat


Studies prove that the thigh fat have the lower metabolic rate than fat in the other parts of body. Hence to reduce the thigh fat special amount of supplement is needed. This can be provided by calcium pyruvate. Pyruvic acid      helps in converting sugar into energy thus increasing the metabolic rate. Apple is a good source of cacium pyruvate with 450mg of cacium pyruvate found in it. However the amount of calcium pyruvate taken should be noticed. If too much is taken then it might lead to diarrhoea. The amount of intake permitted in a day is 30g of calcium pyruvate.
