Green tea as fat loss supplement



  • Presence of polyphenols, particularly epigallocatechin galate and caffeine in green tea has fat burning effect.
  • It increases the metabolic rate by 4%
  • They also help in lowering bad cholesterol level.
  • Green tea prevents the formation of abnormal blood clots thus having protective effect against atherosclerosis.
  • It also contains vitamin C, E and zinc, chromium.
