Three tips to kick off your fat


1) Add mustard to to the pan when you are adding oil for frying. mustard. It helps in fast digestion.

2) Drink ten to twelve glasses of water a day. It helps in increasing the metabolism and thus burning the calories      even when you are at rest.

3) Have three to four cups of green tea a day, which also helps in increasing the metabolism three to four times a day.
