Stress is not only generated from external factors. It can also be generated by ourselves.
  • Talking negative about self
  • Pessimism
  • Trying to be over perfect
  • Trying to reach unrealistic heights
  • Postponing work
  • Accumalating work leading to overload of work
  • Lack of sleep
  • Neglecting physical discomforts
  • Being workaholic
