Secret of success in weight loss

Over weight has become a night mare for many people in recent times. Many methods have been tried by them and this weakness of the people is being exploited and money is made out of it by various weight loss programmes. Even after spending so much money, people`s dream of remaining trim and fit remains a dream itself. The key to success in this mission is to burn the calories that we consume and in fact burn more calories than what we consume. We should see that we consume the food having low calories. The calories that we consume should be burnt by our daily activities along with regular exercises. Hence by burning more calories we can reduce the fat accumulation in our body.

The secret to success of weight loss is,

Calories burnt should be greater than calories consumed in a day.
